Three-times-brighter ring shadowless illumination for reflective marks and uniform imaging
LXV-2HPR is a ring shadowless light that provides uniform diffused irradiation from low to higher working distances. The PDF documents illumination at approximately three times the HPR series, six standard diameters, and configurable RGB colour, emitting geometry, cable, control zones and installation method.

Food-package date inspection
Use uniform diffused light to keep printed dates readable on reflective packaging.
Highlight or reflected surfaces
Reduce direct reflection while preserving the inspected mark or surface feature.
IC character inspection
At WD 40 mm, the documented LXV-2HPR50-B example produces higher character contrast than LXV-HPR50-B.
PCB mark-point inspection
LXV-2HPR50-W creates a clear mark point and a background without reflection on the documented PCB target.
Brightness, uniformity and reflective-surface imaging evidence
The source separates the brightness comparison, two relative-irradiance maps, configurable housing, reinforced wire jacket, IC-character comparison and complete PCB inspection sequence. Each visual below preserves one complete evidence module.

Choose the ring diameter, colour and controller from the exact source row
All six models use 24 V, but power, weight and enclosure dimensions differ. Red power is lower than green, blue and white for every standard row; UV and IR are customization options.
The PDF defines LXV-2HPR as Ring Shadowless Light and states that UV and IR can be customized. It also lists configurable emitting angle, outer and inner diameter, multi-area control, colour or colour temperature, cable length and installation method, plus one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service. Unrelated segmented-light data is excluded.
- 1
Define the reflective feature
Identify the date mark, IC character, PCB mark point or reflected surface that must retain contrast.
- 2
Fit the camera aperture
Choose the outer and inner diameter that covers the field without blocking the lens sight line.
- 3
Select colour and power
Use the exact R or G/B/W wattage in the chosen model row; test spectral response on the real workpiece.
- 4
Match and validate control
Use a compatible 24 V strobe, analog or digital controller and validate exposure, working distance and uniformity together.

Keep the diffuser, camera axis and workpiece concentric
The complete boundary drawing preserves all six housings. Native dimensions and model data below allow the selected row to be checked without reading labels from a reduced PDF page.
- 01
Match the exact model row to drawing numbers 1–6.
- 02
Centre the camera through the inner opening and keep the diffuser unobstructed.
- 03
Reserve the stated 500 mm lead, connector bend and pull-resistant jacket clearance.
- 04
Operate at 0–40 °C and 20–85% RH without condensation, then confirm uniformity at the production distance.
