Machine Vision Lighting Manufacturer for Industrial Inspection
LuxMV manufactures machine vision lighting and optical components for automation teams that need repeatable image contrast. Use this page to match standard lighting families, controllers, optics, cameras, accessories, and custom engineering support before requesting a sample test or RFQ.
Ring lights
General front lighting for parts, assemblies, labels, and moderate-reflection surfaces.
Bar lights
Directional lighting where angle, shadow, and working distance must be adjusted.
Coaxial lights
On-axis illumination for flat reflective targets, marks, wafers, and alignment features.
Dome lights
Diffuse illumination for curved, glossy, or uneven surfaces.
Backlights
Silhouette, edge, contour, hole, and dimensional inspection.
Line scan lights
High-output linear illumination for moving webs, metal strips, fabric, film, and packaging.
UV, IR, and SWIR lights
Wavelength-specific inspection where visible light does not reveal enough contrast.
Controllers
Continuous, trigger, strobe, overdrive, and intensity control for repeatable illumination timing.
Industrial lenses
Telecentric, macro, line-scan, SWIR, and fixed focal length optics selected by sensor, FOV, and tolerance.
Industrial cameras
Area-scan, line-scan, and TDI camera matching when exposure, speed, and interface affect the lighting result.
Optical accessories
Filters, polarizers, diffusers, adapters, extension tubes, and brackets that stabilize real installations.
A useful lighting recommendation starts with the inspection condition
A model code alone rarely answers the engineering question. LuxMV evaluates lighting geometry, wavelength, reflection control, exposure, camera and lens constraints, controller timing, and mounting limits against the actual feature that must become visible. Specific scale, certification, or delivery claims should be confirmed from current documents before publication or procurement.
