1. Intellectual Property & Document Use

All original content on this site—including but not limited to custom CAD files (.step, .dxf), wavelength spectrum charts, 3D render images, product specification sheets, and software utility files—is the sole intellectual property of LuxMV.

• Permitted Use: System integrators and corporate engineers are granted a limited license to download product CAD models, user manuals, and technical specification drawings strictly for the purpose of design-in, mechanical evaluation, or installation planning of LuxMV components.
• Prohibitions: You may not modify, republish, reuse, or reverse-engineer our optical setups, controller circuit logic, or proprietary lens combinations without explicit written authorization from LuxMV.

2. Commercial Quotations & Pricing

The product data, specifications, and availability indicators shown on our website do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. Component pricing and delivery lead times are subject to change. A binding agreement is only established upon the issuance of a formal written Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Quotation signed by our sales managers, and subject to the Terms of Sale accompanying that quotation.

3. Standard Product Warranty & Repairs

LuxMV stands behind the quality and reliability of our industrial components:

• Warranty Period: We provide a standard 12-Month Hardware Warranty (starting from the date of shipment) on all standard LED strobe controllers, machine vision light sources, and industrial lenses.
• Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures under normal operating environments, and firmware malfunctions. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect input voltage, over-driving LED currents, physical impacts, humidity/dust exposure exceeding the specified IP rating, or unauthorized disassemble.
• RMA Procedure: In the event of component failure, please contact our support department to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returned units will be repaired or replaced with new/refurbished components at LuxMV's discretion.

4. Custom Optical Design & Engineering Services

For clients requesting customized coaxial, ring, line-scan lights, or special telecentric lenses, separate legally binding project documents and Mutual NDAs will be signed. LuxMV is committed to protecting your target design configurations. Engineering design suggestions, optical ray-tracing simulations, and laboratory evaluation reports provided on this website are for recommendation purposes. The client retains final responsibility for verifying that the chosen optical assembly performs correctly in their automated sorting, quality check, or alignment machines.

5. Export Control & Trade Compliance

As a manufacturer of high-end optical components and cameras, LuxMV complies with international export control regulations, trade embargoes, and customs laws. You agree and certify that LuxMV products, software, and technical documentation will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to any prohibited destinations, entities, or individuals under international sanctions, nor will they be used for unauthorized military, nuclear, or aerospace guidance applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuxMV Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of industrial production, damages to third-party camera sensors or frame grabbers, factory downtime, or labor costs incurred due to sorting mistakes, arising out of the installation, operation, or failure of our components.
