Compact tunnel illumination that suppresses shadows and reflection across a moving line
LXV-2MDL uses an arched, evenly diffused LED structure to surround a line-scan field with soft light. The geometry reduces shadows from uneven workpieces and suppresses glare on reflective printing, making it suitable for PCB, flexible packaging, metal and glass inspection in space-constrained or clean production equipment.

Match tunnel length, colour and power to the complete line-scan system
The ten standard rows share a 24 V supply and 145 × 75 mm cross-section. Overall length rises from 112 to 1012 mm and each row has its own 22–216 W load; UV and IR are request options that require wavelength and controller confirmation.

Keep the tunnel opening, camera view and cooling surfaces unobstructed
Preliminary layout can use the row-level L × 145 × 75 mm envelope. The final bracket must be released only after confirming the selected model’s mounting holes, emitting aperture, connector side, cable bend and required camera opening.
