LED projection structured light for 3D reconstruction and dimensional measurement
LXV-2STL is a C-mount LED projector for structured-light 3D imaging. It accepts line, cross, stripe, grid, spot, spiral and round-stripe pattern chips, and the source documents a lighter upgraded body, sharper pattern projection and 50% higher brightness than the earlier STL series.

3D reconstruction

Match the pattern, projection lens and working distance as one optical system
The light body is only one part of the projection geometry. Use the pattern requirements and lens table together before fixing working distance.
The PDF specifies 0–40 °C operation and 20–85% RH without condensation; a 50,000 h reference life at 50% of factory-default luminance; one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service; optional UV or IR customisation; PVC extension cable for flexibility, bend resistance and heat resistance inside equipment; and a harder high-flex extension cable with greater abrasion resistance for drag-chain production lines. The pattern chip uses a chrome outer surface on soda-lime glass and must fit inside an Ø11 mm circle; documented rectangular options are 8.8 × 6.6 mm and 7.78 × 7.78 mm.

The 5 W and 10 W bodies use different diameters and cable arrangements. Their complete drawings are displayed together without fixed-height cropping.
