PCB surface inspection
Use the narrow illuminated line to create surface contrast for continuous line-scan capture.
Li-battery coating defects
Compare brightness and uniformity modes against the coating finish and the required defect contrast.
Leather surface defects
Match the emitting length to the inspected width and validate the lighting angle on the real texture.
Brightness, uniformity and reference imaging results
The source data compares the three output configurations. Use the curves to screen a setup, then confirm the final result with the actual target, working distance, camera, lens and exposure.
Illuminance decreases as working distance increases
The same reference also shows the lateral output profile at a working distance of 0 mm.
Relative irradiance and luminance by configuration
Each chart remains separate so the axes and output shape stay legible at normal page scale.
Working distance changes both illuminance and illuminated width
The six source-stated points below are transcribed as HTML and retained with the complete geometry diagram.
| Working distance | Illuminance | Light width |
|---|---|---|
| 0 mm | 1,900,000 lx | Not stated |
| 50 mm | 1,300,000 lx | 10 mm |
| 100 mm | 720,000 lx | 10 mm |
| 150 mm | 420,000 lx | 15 mm |
| 200 mm | 280,000 lx | 22 mm |
| 250 mm | 200,000 lx | 27 mm |

Choose output mode, length, colour and electrical load
Keep every value tied to its own model row. The voltage changes from 24 V to 48 V in the listed range.
- 1
Choose the output mode
Compare standard, high luminance (N) and high uniformity (F) against the inspection requirement.
- 2
Cover the inspected line
Select the 100–1000 mm model that covers the field of view with alignment allowance.
- 3
Select colour for contrast
Standard choices are R, G, B and W; UV and IR can be customized as required.
- 4
Match power and control
Confirm the selected row’s voltage and power with the high-power controller configuration.
The suffix identifies the optical configuration

Standard
Uses the standard optical-film configuration for extensive applications and improved output uniformity.

High luminance
Source recommendation for dark-field-of-view inspection where the high-luminance configuration is required.

High uniformity
Source recommendation for bright-field-of-view inspection where high uniformity is the primary requirement.

Plan mounting, airflow, cables and model clearances
Use the drawing for the selected length and reserve access for the connectors, fan cooling and service.
Lock the end face and flank through mounting plates
- At the end face, secure the device through the mounting plate with the M5 screw.
- At the flank, pass the M3 and M5 screws through the mounting plate.
- Place the M3 and M5 nuts in the corresponding screw grooves and lock the assembly.
- After alignment, confirm rigidity and keep the fan airflow path unobstructed.
