Fanless water-cooled illumination for high-output line-scan inspection
LXV-3LINP uses a circulating-water cooling mechanism to remove LED heat without housing fans. The series is intended for high-speed line-scan inspection where high output, compact construction, low airborne disturbance and quiet operation matter.

The light, camera, controller and water cooler form one inspection system
The operating arrangement places the line light over the moving target, connects it to the lighting controller and routes the cooling circuit through an industrial water cooler. Circulating cooling water maintains LED temperature.

Controller: high-power constant-voltage / high-power constant-current controller, matched to the selected model.
Peak wavelength / colour temperature: the source table prints red 620-530 nm, green 525-530 nm, blue 465-470 nm and white 6600 K. Because the printed red range is internally reversed, confirm the red wavelength before selection.
Environment: 0-40 degrees C; 20-85% humidity without condensation.
Rated life: 50,000 hours to 50% luminance at the factory-default condition.
Customization: the model-table remark states a maximum customized product length of 3 m.
Source service note: one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service are listed for the series.
PVC extension cable: high flexibility, bending resistance and high-temperature resistance for routing inside equipment.
High-flexibility extension cable: harder and more abrasion-resistant than PVC for drag-chain production lines.

LXV-3LINP2816-W water-cooled line-scan light
The customized-series reference lists a 48 V, 1996 W configuration with a 2816 mm boundary length and a 2800 mm emitting surface. Its integrated optical lens and optical film are specified to create a uniform effect without splice gaps, while water circulation removes heat from the housing.
