A 20 mm-wide mini line light for soft, glare-controlled long-distance illumination
LXV-3LINR is a compact natural-cooling line-scan light. The source highlights its 20 mm width, stable structure, soft output without glare and parallel illumination at longer working distance, including use as a compact replacement for an LCD surface-inspection lamp.

The LXV-3LINR220-W source curves show about 270,000 lx near WD 0 mm and a broad, nearly level lateral output. The QR example records clear characters and high uniformity; the backlight comparison states four times the brightness of a 40 W fluorescent lamp in a 20 mm-wide housing.

Lock the underside through a mounting plate into the M3 nut slots
The source mounting method uses an M3 screw and nut through the plate. The complete 120–520 drawing preserves the 13 mm emitting surface and cable envelope.
- Align the underside with the mounting plate.
- Pass the M3 screw through the plate.
- Tighten into the housing’s M3 nut slot.
- Keep the 500 mm cable reference and optical face clear.
