High-power bar illumination for long working distances and clearly rendered PCB codes
LXV-4BRH uses high-power LEDs in a one-piece aluminium-alloy housing. The PDF specifies high luminance at long working distance, multiple mounting methods and high heat-transfer performance, with 16 mm and 30 mm emitting-width families from 150 to 900 mm long.

Large LCD-panel defects
Use the long, high-output linear field where a large panel requires directional illumination from a practical standoff.
Metal-surface defects
Select lens and optional diffuser from the actual reflective surface, glare and shadow response.
Printed-character defects
Increase illumination at distance so character edges remain available to the camera.
Connector-pin flatness
Aim the bar along the pin field and validate height- or edge-related contrast on production parts.

Distance output, 120 mm field distribution, lens choice and PCB QR-code evidence
The PDF compares the new high-power construction against an earlier bar light at nine distances, then shows dark and high-luminance fields for LXV-4BRH15016-W. General and narrow-angle lenses are kept as separate 600 × 450 mm distribution objects, followed by the complete PCB arrangement, workpiece and result.

Choose emitting width and length first, then match lens, colour and exact load
The 16 mm and 30 mm families share six emitting lengths but differ in section size, LED arrangement, mounting detail, mass and power. White general-lens models use the -W suffix; the documented narrow-angle version uses -L-W.
Source fidelity note: the illumination-comparison chart itself prints “LXV-4BRH15016-W (New)” and “LXV-4BR15016-W”, while the product table and page identity use LXV-4BRH. Both prefixes are preserved exactly in their own contexts rather than silently normalised. The distance lux values are source measurements and must still be validated for the actual colour, lens, duty, workpiece and geometry.
- 1
Define field and working distance
Record illuminated length, required width, standoff, camera field and the minimum acceptable feature contrast.
- 2
Choose 16 or 30 mm width
Use the narrower one-row or wider two-row construction from its own drawing; do not infer dimensions between them.
- 3
Choose lens and optional diffuser
Compare general versus narrow-angle distribution and add the diffuser only after checking shadow and glare on the real workpiece.
- 4
Match colour, power and controller
Keep power and mass from one exact row, then validate strobe, analog or digital operation under production duty.

Install the exact 16 mm or 30 mm section and preserve its lens, mount, lead and thermal envelope
The complete source drawing keeps both cross-sections and all twelve A/B length rows in one readable object. The native table above provides the same relationships for search and comparison; the drawing remains available for fine section and slot callouts.
- 01
Select one exact length and width family, then keep its power, weight and drawing number together.
- 02
Aim the bar and selected lens at the required working distance; confirm the complete field, not only its centre.
- 03
Reserve M3 fastener access, the 500 mm lead, connector bend space and heat-sink airflow along the one-piece housing.
- 04
Validate exposure, strobe duty, glare, shadow, QR-code or defect contrast and acceptance criteria on production samples.
