Precision backlight for contour, edge, impurity and liquid-level inspection
LXV-4FT is a cost-effective backlight built with ultra-thin surface-mount LEDs and a precision-moulded, CNC-machined frame. Twenty-two standard 24 V models cover square and rectangular emitting fields from 30 × 30 to 200 × 200 mm, with high brightness, good uniformity and configurable size, colour, cable and control zones.

Contour dimension measurement
Place the part between the camera and the luminous field to create a measurable silhouette.
Damaged-edge inspection
Use the bright background to reveal missing material and discontinuities along the part boundary.
Transparent-material impurities
Transmit light through the material so inclusions interrupt the uniform field.
Oral-liquid level inspection
Align the vessel against the backlight and detect the liquid boundary from the resulting intensity transition.
Measured working-distance response, field distribution and silver-edge result
The optical reference is LXV-4FT100100-W. Searchable text keeps the model, field and operating values explicit; the source visuals are separated into complete product, curve, irradiance and application objects.
Backlight family and configurable construction
The precision frame is available in different field sizes and visible colours. Multi-area control, emitting length and width, colour or colour temperature, cable length and installation method can be configured.
LXV-4FT100100-W optical reference
Relative illuminance is normalised to 100% at WD 0 mm and falls to about 10% at WD 150 mm. The dark and bright maps both use a 133 × 100 mm field; the bright map retains the complete 10–100 scale.
Silver dimension-inspection instance
The documented station places silver workpieces over LXV-4FT7070-W. The effective image converts the workpiece boundaries into high-contrast black edges against a white field.

Mount from the base, preserve the luminous field and reserve the cable path
Standard drawings use a 500 mm lead, reverse-side M3 depth-4 mounting points and a 17 mm housing profile except LXV-4FT200200, whose drawing shows a 19 mm overall profile. Hole spacing and size can also be configured for the installation.

Base mounting and available field formats
The base-area installation uses M3 screws and mounting holes. The standard family spans 30 × 30 to 200 × 200 mm, while configured square or rectangular sizes and hole patterns are available.

Each crop retains the complete plan view, side profile, cable and mounting callout.

The complete drawings preserve hole counts, spacing and the 500 mm lead.

Square and rectangular envelopes remain separated so no dimension is transferred between models.

The 130 × 50 rectangular housing uses a different mounting pattern from the square panels.
