Fanless linear illumination for direct light, backlight and coaxial conversion
LXV-4LIN is a natural-cooling line-scan light with a 48 × 75 mm housing. The source states high uniformity and parallelism, a compact fanless structure and use as direct light or backlight; an optional coaxial cover changes the optical path for reflective targets.

Steel and metal plate
Reveal surface defects on moving reflective material.
Glass and PCB
Apply direct or transmitted linear illumination to continuous inspection.
Lithium-battery film
Cover the scan line while preserving defect contrast.
Coaxial option
Add the stated 4COXL cover when front reflection is required.
Working-distance output, compactness gains and selectable illumination geometry
The source reference is LXV-4LIN400-W. Illuminance falls as working distance increases, while the lateral plots compare the usable line at WD 0, 50 and 100 mm. Against the stated 3LIN reference, the catalog reports 2× brightness, 30% lower weight and 40% lower volume.

Choose the field length, colour, output and optical arrangement as one system
The table below transcribes all ten PDF model rows. Each model remains bound to its own 24 V power and weight value; R/G/B/W are standard, while UV and IR are available by request.
- 1
Cover the camera line
Choose a 100–1000 mm model with alignment allowance.
- 2
Set working distance
Use the 400-W curves as a reference and test on the target.
- 3
Choose direct, back or coaxial light
Select the geometry that separates the required feature.
- 4
Match power and controller
Keep the selected model, voltage and power together.
PDF and route identity are shown explicitly
The PDF lists standard R/G/B/W versions, UV and IR customisation, white at 6600 K, green at 525–530 nm and blue at 465–470 nm. Its printed red range reads 620–530 nm; retain that source notation for traceability and confirm the intended red wavelength before ordering. It also states one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service.

Mount through the M4 nut slots and keep the optical face clear
The fixing-plate method and boundary drawing are retained as complete technical objects. Dimensions remain in millimetres.
- Insert the M4 nuts into the housing slots.
- Align the fixing plates without obstructing the emitting surface.
- Tighten the M4 screws through the plates.
- Reserve connector, cable-bend and passive-cooling clearance.

Verify the complete inspection system
