Uniform low-angle shadowless illumination for surface relief and reflected-metal defects
LXV-FPR uses a special emitting structure to deliver uniform, efficient low-angle light. The optical geometry strengthens surface characteristics and defect contrast while reducing reflected light or flare on metal and packaging targets.

- Battery packing inspection
BGA / QFP position inspection
Strengthen package edges and positional features with uniform low-angle output.
Integrated-circuit material strap inspection
Reveal carrier and surface detail while suppressing direct glare.
Lead-pin pitch and excursion inspection
Emphasize pin edges and deviations against the background.
Bottle-cap crack inspection
Use grazing illumination to expose cracks and reflected-metal defects.
Working-distance behaviour, field uniformity and battery defect imaging
The PDF documents the LXV-FPR80-W working-distance response and two relative-irradiance fields, then shows how LXV-FPR120-W suppresses reflected metal light to make a battery packing defect obvious.

Match the aperture, low-angle geometry and colour to the exact inspection field
The eleven 24 V models differ in outer diameter, clear aperture, power, weight and mounting envelope. Keep each electrical and mechanical value attached to its source row.
The PDF defines LXV-FPR as Low Angle Shadowless Light. It permits UV/IR customization and lists configurable outer/inner diameter, colour or colour temperature, cable length and installation method, plus one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service.
- 1
Define the surface characteristic
Identify the package edge, lead, crack or reflected-metal defect that must be strengthened.
- 2
Fit the aperture and emitting area
Keep the camera sight line clear while covering the target with the low-angle field.
- 3
Choose colour and row power
Use the exact red or G/B/W wattage and test spectral response on the production material.
- 4
Validate glare reduction
Confirm exposure, working distance, uniformity and defect contrast with the selected controller.
