Uniform collector beam for drug, LCD, lens and liquid-impurity inspection
LXV-HL uses a condenser lens to converge diffused LED light into a uniform beam with improved parallelism. Six white-light models combine 24 mm or 30 mm optical groups with 3 W, 4 W or 6 W output and can be used as front illumination or as transmitted light for liquid-impurity inspection.

Drug inspection
Concentrate a controlled field around compact pharmaceutical targets.
LCD visual inspection
Use the uniform collector beam to inspect display features and surface condition.
Lens scratch or broken spot
Direct the collected beam across an optical surface to reveal damage.
Liquid impurities
Place the liquid container between light and camera and use LXV-HL as transmitted illumination.
Measured centre and peripheral beam growth from 50 to 300 mm
The HL24-4-W and HL30-4-W references distinguish the red centre area from the blue/yellow peripheral area. The complete labelled geometry remains visible below, while every diameter and illuminance value is also rebuilt as searchable HTML.
Collector-light spot geometry
HL24 produces the narrower centre field across the measured range. HL30 begins with equal centre and peripheral diameters at WD 50 mm and expands to an Ø87 mm centre inside an Ø118 mm peripheral field at WD 300 mm.
Centre and peripheral spot diameter by working distance
All values are diameters in millimetres for the illustrated 4 W reference models.

Select the optical group and output from measured beam size and illuminance
Six exact models cover two optical groups. Use the centre/peripheral spot geometry and the measured illuminance row together; do not infer one group from the other.
- 1
Define the inspection geometry
Choose front illumination or transmitted liquid inspection and record the required field.
- 2
Set working distance
Compare the 50–300 mm spot diameters with the complete target area.
- 3
Choose the illuminance row
Match exposure and production speed to the exact measured model value.
- 4
Release one exact model
Keep its power, body length, aperture and mechanical drawing together.

Keep the collector axis centred and use the drawing assigned to the selected model
Four independently bounded mechanical drawings cover all six models. The 3 W and 4 W variants share a body within each optical group; the 6 W variants use longer heat-sink sections.
- 01
Use only the HL24 or HL30 drawing assigned to the selected model.
- 02
Centre the camera, target and collector optical axis; for transmitted use, place the liquid target between light and camera.
- 03
Reserve the complete 500 mm lead and connector bend shown in the drawing.
- 04
Use the two M3 holes on the Ø14 mounting circle and validate beam uniformity after final positioning.
