Flat shadowless illumination for printed dates, socket joints and PIN-flatness inspection
LXV-LFR fixes horizontally distributed LEDs around the side of a flat reflective cavity. The reflected, low-angle path produces a uniform shadowless field that can replace conventional ring illumination when printed dates, socket joints, laser marks, etched features or small electronic pins need clearer surface contrast.

Food-package date inspection
Use the uniform reflected field to improve printed-date visibility on packaging.
Socket-joint processing inspection
Reveal joint edges and processing features without strong ring-light hotspots.
PIN flatness inspection
Brighten the electronic component surface so pin position and flatness can be located.
Laser marks and etching
Strengthen shallow surface characteristics and low-contrast defects.
Working-distance response, irradiance uniformity and PIN-flatness evidence
The source optical test is preserved as complete, high-resolution chart modules: the LXV-LFR120-W relative-illuminance curve spans 25–200 mm, and the two 52 × 39 mm irradiance maps remain paired with their shared scale. The separate LXV-LFR100-W application shows the arrangement, workpiece and result without embedding a whole PDF page.

Choose the aperture, outer diameter, colour and exact power row as one configuration
The eight source rows share 24 V supply but differ in aperture, height, colour-dependent power, mass, mounting circle and common-build status. Do not transfer a power or dimension value between models.
The PDF specifies 0–40 °C operation and 20–85% RH without condensation; a 50,000 h reference life when luminance is reduced to 50% of the factory default; one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service; a flexible, bend- and heat-resistant PVC extension cable for use inside equipment; and a harder, more abrasion-resistant high-flex extension cable for drag-chain production lines. Every standard mechanical drawing shows a 500 mm cable callout.
- 1
Define the inspection task
Confirm whether the target is a printed date, socket joint, PIN surface, laser mark, etching or another low-contrast feature.
- 2
Fit the optical opening
Keep the camera view clear through the exact inner aperture listed for the selected housing.
- 3
Choose size and spectrum
Cover the required field and test red, green, blue, white or a custom IR/UV wavelength on the real material.
- 4
Validate distance and uniformity
Use the LXV-LFR120-W charts as reference evidence, then confirm contrast and field uniformity at the production working distance.

Centre the camera through the selected aperture and preserve the full mechanical envelope
The complete source drawing keeps all eight housings together so outer diameter, aperture, height, mounting circle and cable exit can be compared without cropped halves or a scroll-within-scroll frame.
- 01
Match the exact LXV-LFR model to drawing 1–8 and its own model-table row.
- 02
Centre the camera through the listed inner aperture and keep the flat emitting face parallel to the target.
- 03
Reserve mounting-screw access, the 500 mm lead path, connector space and cable bend relief.
- 04
Validate the production working distance, glare control, field uniformity and controller capacity before release.
