High-power ring illumination for long-distance, high-speed and large-area inspection
LXV-RNH places high-power LEDs in a uniform ring array and uses a heat-dissipating housing for stable continuous output. The standard 24 V range covers eight outer diameters from 45 to 300 mm; the source specification states approximately three times the luminance of a common ring light.

Long-distance illumination
Deliver high output when the light must be positioned away from the workpiece.
High-speed assembly lines
Provide more light for shorter exposure while moving parts are inspected.
Large-area illumination
Select a larger ring body around a wider camera field.
Type-C PIN inspection
Whiten small connector pins against a dark background for clear PIN separation.
Verified optical behaviour, same-exposure contrast and Type-C PIN result
The technical references preserve the complete curve axes, irradiance scale and source imaging objects. Textual conditions and conclusions are rebuilt as native page content instead of being embedded as a PDF panel.

Match ring diameter, aperture, colour-specific power and controller to the inspection
The eight standard housings do not share one power or mechanical envelope. Choose the exact model row, then retain its colour-specific power, weight, drawing and common-status values.
The PDF specifies 0–40 °C operation, 20–85% RH without condensation, a 50,000 h reference life at 50% of factory-default luminance, one year of free technical support, sample free-rent service, PVC and high-flexibility extension cables, optional UV or IR customization, and configurable combined light, diameters, colour or colour temperature, cable length and installation method.
- 1
Set field size and camera clearance
Choose an outer diameter that covers the field while the documented inner aperture keeps the lens sight line clear.
- 2
Set working distance and exposure
Use the 4590-W curve as a reference, then validate luminance at the actual production distance and exposure.
- 3
Choose colour and exact power row
Red uses a different power on seven models; green, blue and 6600 K white share the BGW power values.
- 4
Choose controller and optical option
Use the documented strobe, analog or digital controller; add a polarized plate or lens adapter only for the stated optical or installation need.

Install the exact eight-model envelope with cable, aperture and thermal clearance
All eight drawings are kept together because body height, emitting aperture, mounting-hole pattern and cable exit differ by size. The native model table below the selection tab must be used with the matching numbered drawing.
- 01
Match RNH4590 through RNH30090 to drawing 1 through 8; do not transfer dimensions between rows.
- 02
Keep the emitting aperture and camera optical path concentric and unobstructed.
- 03
Reserve access for the M3 mounting pattern, 500 mm lead and connector shown on the selected drawing.
- 04
Allow heat-dissipation clearance and validate steady output at the production duty cycle.
