Independently controlled multi-angle ring light for directional surface-defect contrast
LXV-RNMU combines several illumination angles in one compact ring. Each angle can be controlled independently, and selected bodies support independently controlled colour zones, so one station can separate scratches, stains, edges and relief features that respond differently to light direction.

Glass surface scratches
Change the active angle to separate fine scratches from broad specular reflection.

Measured optical behaviour, application result and multi-zone construction
The measured LXV-RNMU225-W reference preserves the complete working-distance curve and both 100 × 80 mm uniformity fields. The rubber-gasket instance and 8-zone construction then show how independent directions and colours translate into defect contrast.
LXV-RNMU225-W relative illuminance and uniformity
The relative-illuminance curve covers WD 0–200 mm and is normalised to 100% at WD 25 mm. The two field maps use the same 100 × 80 mm field at 60% and 100% luminance settings.
Rubber-gasket defect inspection with LXV-RNMU225-B
The documented arrangement places the camera above the gasket and the multi-angle ring around the lens axis. In the result, the gasket is rendered bright while the defect is dark and visually distinct.
Eight-zone, four-angle red/blue construction
LXV-RNMU80-RRBB-8D uses paired red zones at 75° and 60° and paired blue zones at 45° and 30°. The independently routed zones are intended to expose appearance differences around SMD components and inductors.

Use the drawing assigned to the exact body and route every active zone independently
Nine independently bounded drawings preserve the complete mechanical geometry from Ø50 to Ø225 mm. The 80 mm 8-zone option has its own Ø15 aperture, Ø30 mounting circle and multi-lead arrangement.

Keep the camera optical axis centred through the inner aperture and verify lens clearance at the selected working distance.

Use only the drawing assigned to the exact model; do not transfer diameters, mounting holes or cable lengths between rows.

Label every zone lead before connecting the strobe, analog or digital controller.

Compact and mid-size bodies
The 50, 60, 75, 80, 120 and 150 drawings are separated from the original composite so each connector, section view, aperture and mounting callout remains readable.
Large bodies
