Arc-shaped backlight for curved bottles, edges, wafers and lens defects
LXV-SFT is a semi-curved backlight with a high-uniformity diffuser. Its emitting width, outer and inner diameter, central angle, colour or colour temperature, and installation method can be matched to the curved inspection target.

Match curvature, illuminated width, colour and reflection control to the target
The six standard models have distinct arc geometry, power, mass and dimension drawings. The polarized 400150-60 model is a separate 31.2 W configuration and must not inherit a standard-row value.
The PDF specifies 0–40 °C operation, 20–85% RH without condensation, a 50,000 h reference life at 50% of factory-default luminance, one year of free technical support, sample free-rent service, PVC and high-flex extension cables, optional UV or IR customization, and customizable emitting area, outer/inner diameter, colour or colour temperature, central angle and installation method.

Measure the curved target
Record the target radius, required arc coverage and illuminated width.

Choose the exact standard geometry
Match the outer diameter, emitting width and central angle encoded in the model.

Choose colour and controller
Use the documented R, G, B or 6600 K white values with an analog or digital controller; UV and IR are custom options.

Add polarization only when needed
Select the PL configuration after confirming that reflected glare masks the required dirt, spot or defect contrast.

Install the exact standard or polarized arc envelope
The drawings below preserve all six standard housing groups plus the dedicated polarized configuration. Use the drawing number attached to the selected model and keep the curved emitting surface aligned to the workpiece.

Align the bottle or curved part concentrically with the emitting arc.
