Low-angle square ring light for PCB characters, damage and 2D-code inspection
LXV-SQR uses high-luminance LEDs in a compact square housing. Its low-angle output is specified for IC-chip and PCB character inspection, appearance checks, damage and dirt inspection, and 2D-code reading.

Character recognition
Read IC-chip and PCB characters.
2D-code reading
Produce a clear, high-uniformity QR-code image.
Appearance and damage
Inspect shape, surface damage and contamination.
Compact stations
Fit 28 or 34 mm square housings around a small field.
Complete PCB QR-code inspection chain and high-contrast result
The PDF documents one complete example: a camera and square-ring arrangement, the PCB workpiece, and the resulting QR-code image under LXV-SQR3440-R. These three objects remain together and in source order.

Choose the 28 or 34 mm square housing, then match colour and controller
The PDF contains two—not three—standard source rows. Keep voltage, colour-specific power, weight and drawing number attached to the exact model.
The PDF specifies 0–40 °C operation, 20–85% RH without condensation, a 50,000 h reference life at 50% of factory-default luminance, one year of free technical support, sample free-rent service, PVC and high-flex extension cables, and optional UV or IR customization.
- 1
Measure the field and lens clearance
Choose the 28 mm or 34 mm square body without blocking the camera view.
- 2
Set the low-angle geometry
Align the square ring parallel to the target plane.
- 3
Choose the LED colour
Use red, green, blue or white according to PCB and print response; UV and IR are listed as custom options.
- 4
Match the controller and cable
Use an analog or digital controller and select PVC or high-flex extension cable for the installation.

Use the exact two-model drawing and keep the camera sight line clear
The complete source drawing preserves both housings, apertures, mounting holes, thicknesses, 500 mm leads and connectors in one readable technical module.
- 01
Match SQR2840 to drawing 1 or SQR3440 to drawing 2.
- 02
Centre the camera through the 11 mm or 20 mm opening.
- 03
Reserve access to the four mounting holes and 500 mm lead.
- 04
Validate QR-code uniformity at the production working distance.
