Alternate strobe control for high-speed line-scan illumination
LXV-3DRC drives line-scan lights in time-sharing alternate or independent trigger modes. It supports TTL or differential trigger signals, response delay up to 5 μs, adjustable pulse duration, 512 or 1000 luminance levels, and RS232 or LAN communication.

Alternating line lights
Time-share two channels where separate illumination moments prevent optical interference.
Independent triggering
Drive channels and camera triggers from separate input timing.
Remote recipes
Set luminance through an encoder or PC communication.
High-power line scan
Choose 24 V or 48 V output up to 2000 W total.
Alternate and independent timing with synchronized camera output
The controller accepts external trigger inputs, controls light pulse timing and provides corresponding camera trigger outputs. Wiring supports 5–24 V NPN or PNP trigger sources.
- Input and output
- External light trigger accepts TTL or DIFF; camera trigger output is TTL or DIFF.
- Alternate mode
- Channel pulses are time-shared from one trigger stream; catalogue lighting ranges are 5–68 or 5–500 μs depending on configuration.
- Independent mode
- Each channel follows its own trigger; lighting time is adjustable from 5 to 999 μs.
- Memory and environment
- Parameters save automatically at power-off; operation is 0–50 °C and 20–85% RH, non-condensing.
Match timing, voltage, load and channel count
Select the exact controller row from the connected lights, trigger plan and communication requirement.
- 1
Choose operating mode
Set alternate time-sharing or independent trigger operation.
- 2
Choose output voltage
Match the connected line light: 24 V or 48 V.
- 3
Calculate load
Keep total and per-channel power within the exact row.
- 4
Choose channels and interface
Select two or four channels and required TTL/DIFF communication.

Wire signal, load and communication before releasing the controller
Use the exact model row and mechanical drawing; validate the complete light, camera and trigger sequence together.
- 01
Connect the PC through RS232 or LAN when remote adjustment is required.
- 02
Wire the line light to the output connector and PLC/sensor to the trigger input.
- 03
Verify TTL or differential signal type before energizing.
- 04
Use the dimension group belonging to the selected row and preserve ventilation.
