High-luminance backlight for contour, edge and transparent-object inspection
LXV-3FT combines imported ultra-thin SMD LEDs with a compact precision-moulded housing to provide a bright, uniform transmitted-light field. Thirty-three standard models cover emitting areas from 50 × 50 mm to 1763 × 183 mm, while square and rectangular custom fields from 30 × 30 mm to 500 × 500 mm are also available.

Contour dimension measurement
Create a bright background and a dark, sharply defined part silhouette for dimensional measurement.

Optical response, 133 × 100 mm field evidence and contour-inspection result
The LXV-3FT100100-W reference shows how relative luminance changes from 0 to 200 mm working distance and records both dark-field and bright-field images at the same 133 × 100 mm field of view. The metal-logo example keeps the illumination arrangement, workpiece and result separate so the inspection sequence is immediately clear.
Product family and available panel geometry
Compact high-precision housings reduce batch variation. Standard and custom panels can use square or rectangular fields; available output colours include infrared, red, white, blue and green.
LXV-3FT100100-W working-distance and field evidence
Relative luminance is normalised to 100% at WD 0 mm and declines across the 0–200 mm reference curve. Both field images use a 133 × 100 mm field of view and a 10 mm scale.
Metal-logo contour-inspection instance
A camera views the metal logo in silhouette against an LXV-3FT7070-W panel. The result produces a white background and a black contour edge with obvious contrast.

The thirty-three standard rows span 50 × 50 mm through 1763 × 183 mm emitting fields. Red and green/blue/white loads are listed separately; LXV-3FT1210680 is the only standard 48 V row.

Every standard model below has its own complete mechanical drawing. Mounting changes with enclosure size, and the three largest formats use through-holes or dense reverse-side M3 patterns rather than the small-panel four-hole arrangement.
