Large shaped white backlight for four-edge profiles and PCB inspection
LXV-3FTB350250-W arranges its LED array around a back-shaped or ring-like path and uses a special light-guide plate to form an even 367 × 267 mm panel field. It can silhouette four sides of a part, illuminate PCB characters and components, or operate as forward lighting when defect contrast requires reflected rather than transmitted light.

Four-edge profile measurement
Place the target within the shaped bright field to measure all four outer boundaries.
PCB component inspection
Use the large even field to inspect characters and electronic components over a broad board area.
Large-part defect inspection
Choose transmitted or forward placement according to whether the defect changes silhouette or surface reflectance.
Printing and packaging defects
Use the broad white field to reveal missing print, registration, contamination or package-shape variation.
How the optical structure solves the inspection problem
Review the product-specific optical behavior, confirmed values and technical graphics together before selecting the final configuration.
- Perimeter LED arrangement
- The optimised array follows a back-shaped or ring-like structure instead of filling the viewed plane with visible point sources.
- Special light-guide plate
- The emitted light is redistributed into an even panel field.
- Four-side transmitted contrast
- The central usable area can surround a part so all four outer edges are visible.
- Forward-light option
- The same assembly may be positioned as incident illumination when the task depends on surface detail rather than silhouette.
- Large-panel load
- The documented 61 W design requires model-specific structural and thermal validation.
Select from the actual optical, mechanical and electrical requirement
Do not select a custom light from appearance alone. Confirm target, contrast, field, interfaces and load together.
- 1
Choose transmitted or reflected contrast
Decide whether the required defect changes the part boundary, transparency or surface reflectance.
- 2
Map the complete field
Confirm all four edges, PCB region or printed area fit the useful illuminated zone.
- 3
Reserve the panel envelope
Allow for the complete 367 × 267 × 27 mm body, support and service access.
- 4
Match optics and exposure
Select camera, lens, aperture and illumination mode for the required feature size.
- 5
Validate full-field performance
Test centre-to-edge uniformity, defect contrast and temperature on production samples.

Release the exact product drawing with the complete inspection station
Dimensions, openings, mounting, channels and thermal clearances belong to the selected product only.
- 01
Reserve the complete 367 × 267 × 27 mm body and support the panel without distorting its emitting plane.
- 02
For backlighting, place the target at the validated spacing and keep all four measured edges inside the useful field.
- 03
For forward lighting, set angle and working distance on real PCB, part or package samples and control specular glare.
- 04
Use mounting-hole, cable and connector coordinates only from the exact LXV-3FTB350250-W drawing; no independent PDF drawing is available.
- 05
Provide 24 V / 61 W capacity with controller, cable and connector ratings appropriate to the validated duty.
- 06
Verify full-field uniformity, edge threshold, defect contrast and housing temperature before fixture release.
