LXV-4BRS uses a wide-angle LED array in a precision-moulded bar housing. The PDF documents 40 standard 24 V models across 16 mm and 30 mm emitting-width families, multiple mounting methods, configurable arrays and cables, and optional diffuser transmittance for broad, uniform machine-vision illumination.

Metal-surface defects
Spread a broad, uniform field over the inspected metal region and validate the required contrast on the actual finish.
Printing-character defects
Use the even linear field to keep character strokes visible across a long inspection span.
Edge defects
Align the wide-angle output with the boundary so edge discontinuities remain visible across the complete field.
Keyboard characters
The source example places two opposing bars around a plastic keyboard to obtain a white background and highlighted black characters.

The PDF identifies LXV-4BRS15030-W for the optical reference. Its separate keyboard example is printed as two LXV-4BR30030-W lights, so the page preserves that distinct source label instead of silently changing it to BRS. Charts, construction, LED direction, emitting angle, installation and all three application objects are presented independently rather than as a PDF page.

Select one exact length/width row, then keep its power, mass and drawing together
All 40 standard rows use 24 V, but the 16 mm family has separate red and green/blue/white power, while each 30 mm row prints the same power for both colour groups. Mass, drawing number, common status and long-model cable arrangement remain model-specific.
Source fidelity note: all model, power, weight, wavelength, environmental and mechanical values above are transcribed from the supplied 2025 light-source PDF. The LXV-4BRS35030 mass is printed as 474 g, lower than the preceding 325 mm row; it is preserved verbatim and should be confirmed before procurement. The keyboard application is printed as two LXV-4BR30030-W lights rather than BRS. Optical charts are reference evidence and must be validated at production geometry.

The two standard sections and three long-model objects below retain complete housings, cross-sections, fastener callouts and cable arrangements. Native tables replace the source A/B lists so no drawing needs to carry a reduced, difficult-to-read table.
