Fanless natural cooling for uniform, high-output line-scan illumination
LXV-4LINV uses high-standard LED optics and a heat-dissipating housing to provide uniform linear illumination without a fan. The dustproof, fanless design is intended for dusty environments, semiconductor and LCD manufacturing, and other high-speed inspection applications.

Use natural cooling when fanless operation and dust resistance matter
Confirm the required illumination at the real working distance. Reserve heat-dissipation space around the housing even though no fan airflow is required.
Working-distance output, current response and scratch imaging
The graphs are preserved as complete visual evidence; their interpretation and application data are readable native webpage content.
Illuminance decreases as working distance increases
The LXV-4LINV300-W plot shows illuminance falling from approximately 1.1 million lx near WD 0 toward the lower range by WD 400 mm. Use the graph as a setup reference and verify the actual target.
Housing thermodynamics remove heat without a fan
The heat-dissipation effect is attributed to thermodynamic and optical design, with illumination stated as 30% higher than the compared 4LIN series. This is a series reference, not a guaranteed application result.

Computer motherboard-cover surface scratch
The example uses LXV-4LINV300-W with the light tilted sideways at a small angle so the scratch becomes clearly visible.

All ten standard rows use white light, natural cooling, common signal Y and an adapted constant-voltage / constant-current controller.

PVC extension cable: high flexibility, bending resistance and high-temperature resistance for routing inside equipment.

Mount through the M4 nut slots and preserve the complete housing envelope
Dimensions are in millimetres. Models 500-1000 have connectors at both ends in the drawing.
Fix the housing with M4 nuts and screws
- Insert M4 nuts into the housing nut slots.
- Align the fixing plate with the inspected line.
- Pass M4 screws through the plate and tighten into the nuts.
- Keep the heat-dissipating surface and connector bend area clear.
