Compact two-channel analogue control from a 24 V DC supply
LXV-APC is a compact controller-box family with two manually adjustable channels, a DC 24 V input, external triggering and a constant on/off switch.

Compact cabinet integration
Use the small controller box where two light channels and a separate 24 V DC supply fit the machine layout.
Manual intensity setup
Set both channels with the front-panel knobs using stepless adjustment.
PLC or sensor operation
Connect the production trigger through the dedicated terminal and select the stated NPN or PNP behavior.
Two power levels
Choose 24 W or 30 W maximum per channel without exceeding 48 W or 60 W total output.
Keep adjustment behavior and electrical limits together
The controller provides stepless manual output adjustment and identifies the shared luminance-adjustment mode as constant current. Confirm connected-light compatibility without assuming an unstated transfer curve.
DC input, two-channel light output and external trigger states
The system diagram shows the IPC or sensor, trigger cable, controller, 24 V DC input and controller-to-light cable as distinct connections.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| External trigger voltage | 0–1.5 V |
| Adjustment level | Stepless knob adjustment |
| Channels | 2 |
| Input voltage | DC 24 V |
| Adjustment method | Manual adjustment |
| Adjustment mode | Constant current mode |
| Constant on/off switch | Supported |
NPN high-level and PNP low-level switching
With TS pulled up (constant on), an NPN high level of 5–24 V or PNP low level of 0–1.5 V turns the light off. With TS pulled down (constant off), the same respective inputs turn the light on.
Select the 48 W or 60 W two-channel controller
Both models use 24 V output and two channels; total power, one-channel power and enclosure group distinguish them.
- 1
Confirm the 24 V DC system
Verify the available input supply and connected light voltage.
- 2
Check one-channel power
Choose 24 W or 30 W maximum per output.
- 3
Check combined load
Keep both active channels within 48 W or 60 W total.
- 4
Match the housing
Release dimension group 1 or 2 from the same row.

Keep the two enclosure layouts separate
APC24-2F uses an installing fastener and side connectors; 3APC2460-2F uses an upright DIN guide-rail mounting base.
| Group | Model | Body dimensions | Maximum envelope | Mounting / interfaces |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | LXV-APC24-2F | 118 × 70 × 37 mm | 95.63 mm including fastener | Installing fastener; output, trigger and input terminals; switch; two knobs |
| 2 | LXV-3APC2460-2F | 50 × 95 × 70 mm | 85.84 mm depth; 90.5 mm top dimension | DIN guide-rail mounting base; two knobs and two channel terminals |
Keep input, trigger and light output identifiable
Wire the separate 24 V DC input, trigger terminal and two light outputs before setting channel intensity.
Use the selected model’s own hardware
Do not apply the APC24-2F fastener envelope to the DIN-rail 3APC2460-2F or transfer dimensions between them.
