Two-sided backlight for bidirectional contour measurement
LXV-DFT11260-W combines two perpendicular white emitting faces in one compact 112 × 60 × 40 mm body. A customized diffuser provides uniform transmitted light for two viewing directions, replacing two separate vertical backlights in bidirectional contour tasks.

Metal-part contours
Create a high-contrast silhouette for dimensional edge measurement.
Bidirectional contour measurement
Illuminate two perpendicular camera views from one assembly.
IC-chip inspection
Backlight compact package outlines and edge geometry.
Labels and barcodes
Use transmitted contrast to separate printed or coded boundaries from the background.
How the optical structure solves the inspection problem
Review the product-specific optical behavior, confirmed values and technical graphics together before selecting the final configuration.
- Two luminous faces
- Perpendicular 104 × 48 mm and 104 × 28 mm emitting surfaces support two viewing directions.
- Customized diffuser
- The diffuser is configured to maintain good uniformity on both luminous faces.
- One compact assembly
- The 112 × 60 × 40 mm body provides the function of two vertical backlights.
- Configurable construction
- Size and output colour may be customized after both camera fields and contrast requirements are fixed.
Select from the actual optical, mechanical and electrical requirement
Do not select a custom light from appearance alone. Confirm target, contrast, field, interfaces and load together.
- 1
Confirm two viewing axes
Use the dual-face structure when two perpendicular silhouettes are required.
- 2
Fit both luminous fields
Match the 104 × 48 mm and 104 × 28 mm faces to their respective camera fields.
- 3
Validate transmitted contrast
Test the white output, diffuser uniformity and exposure on the real part.
- 4
Approve any custom variation
Freeze size, colour, diffuser and interface details before release.

Release the exact product drawing with the complete inspection station
Dimensions, openings, mounting, channels and thermal clearances belong to the selected product only.
- 01
Align one camera to the 104 × 48 mm face and the second camera to the 104 × 28 mm face.
- 02
Reserve the complete 112 × 60 × 40 mm envelope and keep both luminous surfaces unobstructed.
- 03
Use the shown two-M3-depth-5 and four-M3-depth-5 mounting groups; confirm screw engagement before fixture manufacture.
- 04
Maintain the 18 mm and 30 mm end-view hole references and the 20 mm vertical pitch shown in the drawing.
- 05
Route the 500 mm lead clear of both camera views, luminous faces and moving equipment.
- 06
Provide 24 V / 8.6 W capacity, then validate uniformity, silhouette contrast and temperature at production duty.
