Custom white backlights from a compact circular field to large panels
The documented LXV-FT range contains three distinct 24 V white backlights rather than one mechanically scalable body. LXV-FT100-W uses a circular ring-light outline to produce a uniform Ø100 transmitted field; the two larger models provide separate long and broad rectangular installation envelopes with their own loads.

Transparent-object inspection
Place LXV-FT100-W behind a transparent or translucent target so internal variation interrupts the uniform bright field.
Edge-defect inspection
Use transmitted contrast to separate the object boundary and local edge damage from the illuminated field.
Long-field custom stations
Use the 1748 × 196 × 28 mm model only when the required field and approved drawing match its elongated construction.
Large-area custom stations
Use the 867 × 580 × 41 mm model only when the broad panel envelope, support and 300 W load are acceptable.
How the optical structure solves the inspection problem
Review the product-specific optical behavior, confirmed values and technical graphics together before selecting the final configuration.
- Circular backlight construction
- LXV-FT100-W adopts a ring-light outline while operating as a backlight.
- Uniform transmitted field
- The compact model combines high luminance with good uniformity over its Ø100 emitting surface.
- Independent mechanical designs
- The three configurations use different shapes, boundary dimensions and loads; values cannot be scaled or transferred between rows.
- Large-panel load
- The 211.2 W and 300 W variants require model-specific electrical, structural and thermal release checks.
Select from the actual optical, mechanical and electrical requirement
Do not select a custom light from appearance alone. Confirm target, contrast, field, interfaces and load together.
- 1
Define the complete transmitted field
Measure the target silhouette and inspection tolerance before choosing a configuration.
- 2
Choose only an exact row
Match the Ø108 circular, 1748 × 196 elongated or 867 × 580 broad body without interpolating dimensions.
- 3
Confirm power and controller
Provide 24 V and exactly 7.9 W, 211.2 W or 300 W for the selected design.
- 4
Confirm the approved drawing
Use the compact drawing shown here only for FT100-W; request the exact large-panel drawing before fixture release.
- 5
Validate the target
Check edge contrast, field uniformity, exposure and temperature on representative transparent or edge-defect samples.

Release the exact product drawing with the complete inspection station
Dimensions, openings, mounting, channels and thermal clearances belong to the selected product only.
- 01
For LXV-FT100-W, reserve the Ø108 × H20 mm body and keep the Ø100 emitting surface unobstructed.
- 02
Fasten FT100-W through the four M3 threaded holes with 5 mm maximum engagement on the Ø90 reference.
- 03
Route the documented 500 mm FT100 lead without loading its connector or shadowing the circular field.
- 04
For LXV-FT1700150-W and LXV-FT807547-W, do not reuse the compact mounting pattern; release their exact panel drawings, support points, cable routes and cooling clearances.
- 05
Support either large panel across its approved frame so the emitting plane remains flat and stable.
- 06
Provide 24 V and the exact row load, then validate uniformity, exposure and temperature at production duty.
