Second-generation tunnel illumination for fast curved and reflective surface inspection
LXV-2SDL is a fan-cooled second-generation tunnel line-scan light with good parallelism and high luminance in a lighter housing. The PDF states approximately twice the brightness of the earlier SDL series and 50% lower weight, and positions it for cigarette packages, curved surfaces, PCB printing, vacuum packaging, metal and glossy glass inspection.

Size the tunnel, emitting length and high-power controller from the target
The seven PDF rows run from LXV-2SDL100 to LXV-2SDL1000. Each keeps its own voltage, power, weight and drawing reference; models 100–400 use 24 V, while 500–1000 use 48 V.

PDF and route identity are shown explicitly
The PDF lists standard R/G/B/W versions, red at 620–630 nm, green at 525–530 nm, blue at 465–470 nm and white at 6600 K; UV and IR are customisable. The first dimension group prints “LXV-3SDL300” above the 300 mm drawing, while the introduction, coding rule and model table identify the product as LXV-2SDL300; this source inconsistency is disclosed rather than silently hidden. The PDF also states one year of free technical support and sample free-rent service.

The source offers general use and combination with a coaxial line light. Both dimension groups are preserved without splitting a complete housing drawing.
