Three independently controlled colours from one fibre-optic source
LXV-SLG-RGB combines red, green and blue channels in one fibre source. The three channels can illuminate independently or mix at one optical outlet, reducing the space required for colour sorting, multi-process inspection and identification. A touch LCD, continuous or triggered operation, internal and two external trigger modes, RS232/LAN communication and protection functions are integrated into the same light box.

Multi-colour sorting
Switch or mix RGB output to separate products by colour response.
Multi-process inspection
Sequence three illumination channels without changing the optical head.
Identification
Select the channel or mixture that produces the clearest target distinction.
Space-constrained systems
Replace three separate light boxes with one three-channel fibre source.
RGB mixing geometry and three readable trigger sequences
The optical arrangement and timing modes are presented separately. Each trigger diagram retains every LED and camera-output trace at a readable aspect ratio instead of shrinking one ultra-wide composite on mobile.

Choose the total-power class and required RGB timing mode
The two source rows differ in total power and enclosure drawing. Control, protection and environmental data apply to both documented RGB models unless a row states otherwise.
- 1
Define colour sequence
Choose independent, mixed or sequential RGB operation.
- 2
Choose 60 or 250 W class
Match available output to fibre losses and exposure.
- 3
Select trigger mode
Use internal timing or the appropriate external trigger topology.
- 4
Set the interface
Choose touchscreen, RS232 or LAN adjustment.
Product identity and rows are kept explicit
The PDF uses LXV-SLG-RGB for the series and documents customised colour, on-site technical support and sample free-rent service. The display can switch between Chinese and English. The route remains unchanged, and no value is transferred between the 60 W and 250 W enclosure rows.

Preserve RGB timing, connector geometry, fibre coupling and model-specific ventilation
The RGB source uses the same documented MO, HY and SU connector family and MG6, MG8 and MG10 straight-fibre assemblies, while the 60 W and 250 W light boxes have different envelopes. Treat trigger wiring, optical coupling and mechanical space as one system.
- Select LXV-SLG-MO, LXV-SLG-HY or LXV-SLG-SU connector geometry.
- Select LXV-MG6-110S, LXV-MG8-110S or LXV-MG10-110S and the required nominal length.
- Wire internal trigger, external mode 1 or external mode 2 together with the required CAM1/CAM2/CAM3/ALL outputs.
- Use the exact LXV-SLG60-RGB or LXV-SLG250-RGB boundary drawing and keep ventilation, display, power and communication access clear.
