Fibre-delivered UVA for fluorescence, curing and wafer-surface inspection
LXV-SLG-UV couples selectable 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm UVA output into a compatible fibre. The documented 150 W source combines optical-coupling optics, constant-current 256/1024-level dimming, an LCD panel, 5–24 V triggering up to 5 kHz, and RS232/LAN communication for fluorescence, curing, medical and electronic-chip production or inspection tasks.

Choose wavelength first, then confirm fibre and trigger requirements
The PDF lists one 150 W enclosure and four optional UVA peaks. Choose the wavelength from the actual material response, then verify fibre transmission, camera response, exposure, duty cycle and shielding as one system.

Match the UVA source, fibre transmission, panel access and mechanical envelope
The source supports straight, ring and other fibre geometries. Keep the optical coupling secure, maintain ventilation and control access, and include UV shielding and process interlocks appropriate to the real installation.
- Choose the 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm source variant and confirm fibre transmission at that wavelength.
- Select LXV-MS5-100S, LXV-MS8-100S or another validated straight, ring or configured fibre output.
- Install the LXV-SLG150 within its 177.8 × 155 × 200 mm maximum envelope and preserve ventilation.
- Reserve access for LCD, encoder, trigger, RS232, LAN, power and the optical outlet; add UV shielding and interlocks required by the application.
