Stepless constant-voltage control for one to four machine-vision lights
LXV-3APC is an analogue controller family with manual stepless output adjustment, constant-voltage drive and high- or optional low-level triggering. Select the controller from the total connected load, the maximum load on one channel and the required channel count.

Manual intensity setting
Set the output through the front adjustment knob where a direct local luminance control is required.
PLC or sensor triggering
Use the defined NPN or PNP external-trigger connection between the production signal and controller.
Single- or multi-light stations
Choose one, two or four channels without exceeding either the total or one-channel power limit.
Constant or triggered operation
Use the TS switch for constant on/off control or the trigger input for synchronized illumination.
Check total power and one-channel power independently
A controller may permit a stated maximum on one output while still having a lower shared total-power limit. Keep every light within its channel limit and keep the combined connected load within the same model row.
Working topology, operating parameters and trigger response
The controller connects the PLC or sensor trigger to one or more constant-voltage lights through the stated trigger and LED cables.

The power group determines the stated response interval
T1 is the delay before the light turns on, T2 is the lighting interval, and T3 is the delay before the light turns off. For the 24 W and 60 W groups, T1 and T3 are stated as no more than 80 μs. For the 120 W and 200 model groups, T1 and T3 are stated as no more than 3 μs.
Match level, polarity and timing before commissioning
Confirm whether the machine supplies the standard 5–24 V high-level trigger or the optional 0 V low-level signal, then validate the production duty cycle with the chosen power group.
Select voltage, total power and channel count as one model
The 24200 model code is listed with a 180 W total-output limit in the product table; use the stated row rather than inferring power from the code.

Reserve the correct housing, DIN-rail base and connector access
The low- and medium-power groups use different front widths and overall depths. Match the selected model row to the corresponding drawing before panel layout.

Keep the DIN-rail base removable
The drawing identifies a DIN guide-rail mounting base and four M3 mounting holes that can be used after the base is removed.
Leave access to controls and cables
Allow working space for the adjustment knobs, TS switch, input power, trigger terminal, output connectors and ventilation surfaces shown on the selected housing.
