Constant-current control for high-power line-scan illumination
LXV-3DPA is the constant-current controller family identified for line-scan lights. It combines encoder or PC adjustment, high-level external triggering, communication and protection alarms across 60–1350 W models.

Line-scan lighting
Use constant-current drive where stable light output and repeatable digital adjustment are required for line-scan acquisition.
Remote recipes
Use RS232 or Ethernet communication to set one of 256 luminance levels from the host system.
Triggered capture
Use the 5–24 V input with the stated timing limits when illumination must follow a PLC or sensor signal.
Protected high-power loads
Alarms cover LED open circuit, short circuit and overload, together with power-off setting retention.

The family includes 24 V and 48 V controllers. Keep each light within the one-channel limit and all active lights within the total-power limit of the same model.
Host control, trigger behavior and electrical interface
The working system shows PC communication through RS232 or LAN, a PLC/sensor trigger input and a dedicated controller-to-light cable.

5–24 V high-level input with NPN and PNP references
In MANU mode, applying the high-level signal turns the light off; in REMO mode it turns the light on. T1 is turn-on delay, T2 is the lighting interval and T3 is turn-off delay. T1 ≤ 10 μs and T3 ≤ 10 μs.
