Semi-arc flat shadowless light for reflective curved surfaces
LXV-SLFR100-R uses a 90° semi-arc, flexible-circuit structure to diffuse red LED light at a nominal 0° incidence. The compact Ø100 geometry surrounds a Ø35 camera opening and produces a low, even field for reflective surfaces, bruises, scratches and stamped metal parts.

Reflective-object inspection
Spread red light around the viewing axis to reduce one-direction glare.
Surface bruises
Use the low diffuse field to reveal shallow changes in surface response.
Surface scratches
Inspect fine directional damage without a single hard illumination edge.
Stamped metal parts
Fit the compact arc around pressed reflective geometry.
How the optical structure solves the inspection problem
Review the product-specific optical behavior, confirmed values and technical graphics together before selecting the final configuration.
- Semi-arc structure
- The 90° body covers 45° on each side of the centre line.
- 0° irradiation
- The flexible circuit distributes a low, flat field across the target.
- Uniform diffusion
- The optical surface softens individual LED structure for shadow-reduced illumination.
- Clear camera path
- The Ø35 central opening keeps the imaging axis unobstructed.
Select from the actual optical, mechanical and electrical requirement
Do not select a custom light from appearance alone. Confirm target, contrast, field, interfaces and load together.
- 1
Confirm reflective response
Validate red low-angle contrast on the actual metal or coated surface.
- 2
Check optical clearance
Fit the camera or lens path inside the Ø35 opening.
- 3
Align the arc
Centre the 90° sector and 0° illumination field on the inspection region.
- 4
Confirm envelope and load
Reserve the 21 mm axial depth / 41.25 mm maximum side profile and provide 24 V / 1 W.

- 01
Centre the Ø35 opening on the camera axis and keep the 90° emitting sector unobstructed.
- 02
Use the Ø100 outer reference and two 45° centre-line angles to position the target field.
- 03
Fasten through the three M3 threaded holes with a maximum engagement depth of 4 mm on the Ø65 reference circle.
- 04
Reserve 21 mm axial depth and the 41.25 mm maximum side profile shown in section view.
- 05
Route the 500 mm lead clear of the optical opening, target and moving equipment.
- 06
Provide 24 V / 1 W capacity, then validate red contrast, uniformity, exposure and temperature at production duty.
