Small-angle high-luminance bar light for large panels, reflective surfaces and printed-character inspection
LXV-4BR uses a small-angle plug-in LED array and a precision-moulded aluminium housing to project concentrated linear illumination. The PDF documents 44 standard 24 V models across 16 mm and 30 mm emitting-width families, plus diffuser, polarizer, cable and mounting options for reflective or moving inspection targets.

Large LCD-panel defects
Use the concentrated linear field to preserve directional defect contrast across a large panel.
Metal-surface defects
Aim the small-angle output along the surface and validate diffuser or polarizer use against glare on the actual finish.
Printed-character defects
The documented two-light LXV-4BR17530-W arrangement produces obvious contrast for printed information on a plastic bottle.
Connector-pin flatness
Align the bar with the pin field so small height or edge changes form measurable contrast.
Long or combined fields
Select a standard length up to 1800 mm or confirm a customised multi-area/combined-light configuration for the required line.
Working-distance response, 150 × 112 mm field distribution and complete application evidence
The PDF identifies LXV-4BR15030-W for optical evidence and LXV-4BR17530-W for the bottle-character example. Charts, product construction, LED direction, emitting angle, installation and each application image are separated into complete visual objects; their surrounding explanations are rebuilt as native HTML.

Select one exact length/width row, then match spectrum, optical treatment and controller load
Every standard model uses 24 V, but power, mass, mounting drawing and cable arrangement vary. Keep red power and green/blue/white power bound to the same model row, and use the correct drawing for short, standard, 600–1200 mm or 1800 mm housings.
Source fidelity note: all model, power, weight, wavelength, environmental and mechanical values above are transcribed from the supplied 2025 light-source PDF. The optical curve and field maps are labelled “only for reference” in that source; validate the actual colour, controller mode, duty, workpiece reflectance, working distance and acceptance threshold before release. Custom builds must be treated as separate configurations.
- 1
Define the illuminated line
Record target length, required field width, working distance, motion direction and the smallest defect or character stroke.
- 2
Choose the exact housing family
Select 16 mm, 30 mm, 38 × 30 mm or a long model; preserve its model row, mass and drawing number together.
- 3
Choose colour and optical option
Test visible colour or a confirmed custom wavelength, then add diffuser or polarizer only when the real reflective surface requires it.
- 4
Size and validate the system
Match the selected power to a strobe, analog or digital controller and confirm exposure, thermal duty, field uniformity and acceptance criteria on production samples.

Use the exact drawing for the selected housing and preserve fastener, connector, cable-bend and optical clearances
The PDF uses nine drawing groups because cable exits and connector arrangements change as length increases. Native tables expose the dimensional rules; the complete drawing objects below retain cross-sections, leads, mounting callouts and long-model arrangements without splitting a normal drawing across cards.
- 01
Choose one exact LXV-4BR row and keep its supply, two colour-power values, mass, drawing number and common/special status together.
- 02
Mount the bar using the documented frame/intrinsic holes and reserve access for M3 fasteners, connector removal and the stated 500 mm lead sections.
- 03
For 1200 mm and 1800 mm housings, reserve both cable exits and prevent the machine frame from loading or sharply bending either connector.
- 04
Aim the small-angle field at production working distance, then verify end-to-end uniformity, thermal duty, glare control and defect contrast on representative samples.
