Stepless analogue control from compact stations to 1500 W lighting loads
LXV-2APC is a constant-voltage analogue-controller family with manual stepless adjustment, an output-voltage display, external triggering and a 12 V auxiliary output for camera power. Select voltage, load, channel count, trigger family and housing together.

Compact manual control
Use the smaller 24 W and 60 W configurations for one to six independently adjusted light channels.
Multi-light stations
Use the eight-channel 120 W model where several low-power lights require separate front-panel adjustment.
High-power illumination
Use the 180 W, 360 W, 1000 W or 1500 W rows only with the matching 24 V or 48 V light load.
PLC or sensor timing
Choose the controller whose 0–1.5 V or 5–24 V trigger input matches the production signal.
Voltage and trigger family are fixed by the model row
A higher power rating does not make two controllers electrically interchangeable. Confirm output voltage, input supply, trigger level, total power and per-channel power before connection.
Working system, controller functions and two trigger architectures
The PLC or sensor drives the selected trigger input; the controller then powers the connected machine-vision light through its light cable.

| Luminance adjustment | Manual adjusting knob |
| Adjustment level | Stepless |
| Drive mode | Constant voltage |
| Auxiliary output | 12 V output for camera power |
| Constant on/off | TS toggle switch |
0–1.5 V input with NPN or PNP interface reference
The initial state is off. T1 is the turn-on delay, T2 is the lighting interval and T3 is the turn-off delay. The stated limits are T1 ≤ 80 μs and T3 ≤ 80 μs.
5–24 V input with faster stated switching delay
The initial state is off. T1 is the turn-on delay, T2 is the lighting interval after trigger and T3 is the turn-off delay. The stated limits are T1 ≤ 5 μs and T3 ≤ 5 μs.
Match output voltage, load, channels, trigger and housing in one row
The family spans compact 24 V multi-channel controllers and 48 V single-channel high-power controllers. Do not transfer a trigger value or one-channel limit between rows.
- 1
Match the light voltage
Separate 24 V and 48 V loads before comparing power.
- 2
Calculate each output
Keep every light within the one-channel maximum.
- 3
Add the station load
Keep all active outputs within the total-power limit.
- 4
Confirm trigger and housing
Use the trigger voltage and dimension group from the same row.

Plan the exact enclosure, mounting method, ventilation and cable access
Eight mechanical groups cover DIN-rail, desktop, ventilated and handled housings. Use the dimension number in the model table to select the corresponding drawing.
| Group | Models | Width | Height | Depth | Housing |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2424-1/2/4; 2460-1/2/4 | 92 mm | 138 mm (145 overall) | 103 mm (111 overall) | DIN-rail base |

Use the drawing that matches the dimension number
Groups 1–3 and 5 identify removable DIN guide-rail bases and four M3 mounting holes. Larger housings use their shown feet, enclosure and ventilation arrangement.
Keep controls, connectors and airflow reachable
Allow clearance for knobs, display, TS switch, AC input, trigger terminals, light outputs, fans, vents and the group-8 carrying handle.
